Our Process
1. Free Estimate
Please call us for a free estimate and we will come out to inspect the job. Then, we will discuss with you to learn more about your ideas, styles, layout preference, needs, and wishes for the job.
2. 3D Designs & Options
After the initial consultation, we will come up with options and we may also create 3D designs so that you can see each option in a realistic visual way.
3. Architectural Planning and Engineering
After you select your favorite option. We will start the planning phase which includes: architectural plans, structural engineering plans, and title 24.
4. Plan Submission & Legal Requirements
We take on all the burden of dealing with the legal requirements for the job. When required, we will apply for a permit, submit plans to the city, and continue to work with them until the permit is approved.
5. Begin Construction
We will begin construction immediately upon approval of the permit. Our professional and courteous staff will work efficiently until the job is done and will be available throughout to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have.
